The role
As the Senior Manager Asset Management, you will manage a variety of government-owned assets at various stages of their lifecycle, including from developing a strategy through to operations. You will manage assets ensuring compliance with legislative obligations, strategic goals and government asset management objectives, as well as lease negotiations and ongoing tenant management. You will work closely with service providers and stakeholders to manage budgets, property valuation processes, facilities management and capital planning requirements, while driving key portfolio outcomes.

What you will bring to the role
Extensive experience in asset management and corporate real estate, including lease management
Strong customer relationship management and financial analysis skills
Proven ability to manage complex assets including heritage listed sites
What is an essential requirement
Tertiary qualifications in property or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
