  • Parramatta based role (Other NSW locations by negotiation, with flexible/ hybrid working model 

  • Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $120,859 to $133,183 + super (Clerk Grade 9/10)

The role  

Our People and Culture team is currently seeking to appoint a Senior Partner Leadership Development to plan, develop, deliver and evaluate leadership development strategies and programs in a highly collaborative team. You will partner with a team of leadership development practitioners, colleagues and internal clients to implement a range of initiatives aimed at improving leadership effectiveness, building leadership capability and improving the employee experience.   

Key accountabilities 

  • Design solutions to build the capability of leaders at every level from emerging leaders through to senior leaders, including co-design in partnership with external providers 

  • Facilitate leadership development activities such as workshops and delivering leadership development activities that encourage individual and collective experiential learning utilising the 70:20:10 model. 

  • Partner with People and Culture (PC) and business leaders to develop and embed effective and contemporary leadership development solutions. 

  • Provide subject matter expertise and influence, working closely and collaboratively with colleagues across the PC Function to ensure leadership development interventions are embedded and evaluated. 

  • Undertake leadership development projects and initiatives to support ongoing improvements. 

  • Provide or source leadership coaching solutions and mentoring programs.

What you will bring to the role  

You have a demonstrated ability to drive and support strategic and operational organisational development initiatives and programs. You have proven experience in the design of Leadership Development interventions and strategies, that align with the organisations leadership capability needs and desired leadership culture. You find it rewarding to work across multiple and varied projects and have developed strong project delivery and time management skills. You are experienced in the design and delivery of leadership development programs and bring enthusiasm to your role as program facilitator. You bring with you well developed consulting, communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to undertake rapid design projects and work in an agile environment. You will enjoy delivering as part of a team as well as taking ownership of specific projects that build individual and collective leadership capability. 

What is an essential requirement: 

  • Tertiary qualifications in leadership, management or organisational psychology, organisational development, learning and development, adult education, and/or equivalent experience. 

  • Current NSW Driver Licence and the ability to travel overnight on some occasions.
