The role

The role of Manager Workforce Analytics involves leading a team to deliver high-quality workforce analytics and insights, which supports the achievement of organisational workforce objectives.

Your key responsibilities will involve providing evidence-based advice, insightful analysis and recommendations on strategic workforce issues, and developing sophisticated tools for data analysis to offer valuable insights into workforce data.

You will be crucial in helping our organisation meet its workforce goals by solving business problems through the research and analysis of workforce data. You will have the ability to translate and communicate data into the story to influence stakeholders. This will also allow you to partner with stakeholders to uncover challenges and identify future research opportunities.

What you will bring to the role

  • Demonstrated experience improving organisational performance through data analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to collect and analyse, interpret and integrating data/new information for reporting purposes.
  • Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to navigate complex challenges and adapt to evolving situations. 
  • Proven leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve shared goals.
