The role   

As a Project Coordinator, you will support the management of property advisory development and transaction projects that focus on optimising government property assets. Working with various stakeholders, you will assist in project management, conduct research, and ensure that project timelines, costs, and quality outcomes are met. You will also handle project documentation, financial performance, and assist with the coordination of technical services such as surveys and valuations.

  • Strong project coordination and support skills. 

  • Experience in managing financial and project documentation.   

 
  • Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and manage competing priorities. 

  

What is an essential requirement   

  • Tertiary property qualifications and related experience are highly regarded.
