The role 

As the Manager Property in the Strategic Advisory Services team, you will oversee development, transaction, and advisory projects for government property assets. You’ll work with stakeholders to deliver optimal outcomes, considering factors such as urban design, environmental planning, and community interests. You will provide expert advice, manage risks, and ensure projects meet time, cost, and quality objectives.

What you will bring to the role 

  • Proven experience in managing property development and/or transaction projects 

  • Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills 

  • Ability to lead complex property projects, ensuring governance and risk management 

 

What is an essential requirement 

  • Tertiary qualifications in a property-related discipline such as planning, property valuation/economics, property law, or project/development management.
