  • Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $106,025 to $117,363 + super

The role

Our Sector Performance and Innovations team is currently seeking to appoint a Senior Performance Analyst to undertake reviews and analysis of councils’ short and long term performance, contribute to the implementation of performance measurement frameworks and ensure that councils comply with relevant statutory requirements. 

 

This newly created role will see you provide timely and efficient analysis, review and reporting on council performance and complex statutory compliance matters.

What you will bring to the role

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyse, and interpret project and financial data.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g. Excel)
  • Effective communication skills-both written and verbal.
  • Solid time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
