  • Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $106,025 - $117,363 + super

 

Value NSW are currently seeking to appoint an Assistant Manager Customer Service, to supervise, coach and mentor a Customer Service team responsible for responding to high volumes of calls and delivering effective, efficient and quality customer outcomes.

As the Assistant Manager, you will lead the customer services team and contribute to the development, implementation and continuous improvement of service delivery strategies. You will work with cross functional teams and communicate effectively with your team to ensure all team members are aware of and working to align with VNSW’s customer experience and service vision and strategies.

About You

To be successful in the role, you will have the capability to supervise and provide guidance to a team handling a high volume of calls and correspondence. You will demonstrate the ability to manage the day-to-day call centre operations and activities, including scheduling and planning for peak periods. You will have experience in leading the implementation and ongoing monitoring of quality assurance audits and evaluating performance with key metrics, providing feedback to improve quality and address any areas of underperformance.

You will be an organised, results-driven with a practical mind to solve problems on the spot partnered with an ability to see the “big picture” and proactively drive business improvements.
