The role
As the Executive Coordinator, you will provide confidential executive support and coordination to the Executive Director and senior executive within the Property, Development, and Valuation division. You will be responsible for managing schedules, preparing key documents, coordinating meetings, travel and events, and handling high-level correspondence. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What you will bring to the role

- Experience in executive support or a similar administrative role.
