This is a rare, exciting opportunity to join an energised and customer focused agency.
The role
The Project Officer undertakes project management and supports activities to contribute to the development and delivery of a range of projects, including operational policy and procedure development and legislative reform within established objectives.
The role will be part of a Funding and Governance team, focusing on
- Providing advice to internal Crown land staff relating to the Crown land manager (CLMs) complaint’s management framework
- Undertaking initial assessment of concerns of CLMs
- Providing administration support for monthly “Reserves Management Community of Practice – Supporting CLMs” meetings
- Supporting CLM annual reporting - work with our network of CLMs to increase compliance and analyse submitted reports
- Providing reports and analysis on annual reporting
- Assisting with the Annual reporting reform project
- Supporting the Crown lands insurance team which includes providing advice, submitting claims and processing payments.
- Other CLM governance related tasks and projects as directed
