  • Salary relative to experience and ranges from $145,378.00 to $168,130.00 plus super

The role 

As an ICT Principal Solution Architect, you will lead and develop cutting-edge technology solutions that align with our commitment to being customer-first. You will design customer-centric solutions using existing technologies within our NSW Planning Portal portfolio, as well as new technologies to optimise complex processes for housing approvals, improve digital service experiences, and reduce service desk time for call resolution. 

 

In this role, you will define and design future solutions to maximise return on investment and align with our Customer First objectives in the Planning Portal. You will collaborate with service and technology providers to integrate digital solutions and deliver on business case benefits. Additionally, you will review business requirements specifications to ensure customer expectations are met and provide strategic direction for technology investment.

What you will bring to the role  

  • Experience in the following technologies/frameworks: 
    - Software Development Lifecycle  
    - Application architecture & Agile delivery 
    - Service Orientated Architecture (SOA)
    - Enterprise Service Bus (ESB)  
    - Cloud-based systems  

  • Strong problem-solving abilities to navigate complex challenges and adapt to evolving situations.  

  • Good time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.  

  • Able to achieve results while working closely with stakeholders, building strong relationships, and ensuring everyone stays aligned and informed. 

 

What is an essential requirement: 

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline and/or equivalent relevant experience 

  • Pega certification LSA and/or SSA (please provide upon application)
