- Office location is Parramatta - regional location considered/Hybrid working supported
- Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $105,924 to $117,031 + super
Our Divisional Support team is currently seeking to appoint a Project Officer to join the Regional Delivery division. This exciting new position will play an active role in programs and projects across the division, as well as assisting in financial management processes, maintaining records and documentation, and administering processes and systems.
What does the Role look like?
Key accountabilities of the Role include:
- Providing a range of project management and support services including preparing reports and briefs, coordinating resources, maintaining project documentation and implementing and monitoring project plans, to ensure project outcomes are achieved on time
- Supporting process improvements within Divisional Support and Regional Delivery, including identifying and implementing changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of processes and procedures
- Assisting in financial analysis and management of the Division, including ensuring financial management systems are in place, and reviewing and collating financial data.
- Providing record-keeping and reporting assistance within Divisional Support
About You
This role would be well-suited for someone who enjoys taking initiative, pays attention to detail, and likes to find solutions to problems. This role has some autonomy in decision-making within their control, while consulting with their manager for any issues where there might need to be a significant change or where it needs to be escalated. This role is also accountable for delivering work on time and meeting quality, deliverable, and outcome expectations.
Key knowledge and experience
- Ability to accurately maintain data in factual knowledge and information systems.
- Experience with financial management and administration processes and systems.
