  • Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $110,266 to $122,058 + super

The Water Group is currently seeking to appoint a Project Officer Customer Systems in an initial short-term capacity to 24 July 2025, with possibility of extension.

About You

The role provides high quality support in the development and delivery of the Stakeholder Relationship Management (SRM) system (Borealis) and provides system administration and planning support for the Water Group.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Support team projects by implementing systems, monitoring progress, and reporting on key performance measures.
  • Maintain and ensure data quality in the SRM/CRM system (Borealis).
  • Coordinate SRM/CRM outputs with team members, departmental staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining research and information management systems.
  • Contribute to stakeholder engagement and SRM/CRM implementation best practices.
  • Provide systems administrative and planning support for the Water Group.
  • Data analysis capability is required. 

Essential Requirements

  • Knowledge and/or experience of Borealis and or SRM/CRM systems.
