The opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Manager Delivery & Performance to join the NSW EPA. You will lead a team to drive high quality regulatory, environmental and corporate performance oversight, including annual corporate planning, performance reporting, and outcome evaluation frameworks to support good governance, risk management, accountability and improved regulatory performance.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven record of achievement in project management and program evaluation at a corporate level
  • Knowledge of contemporary issues across the environment portfolio, regulatory and environmental reporting
  • Tertiary qualifications in related field or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated experience in corporate planning, delivery and performance oversight
  • Demonstrated leadership experience

About the team

The Manager Delivery and Performance leads a team responsible for regulatory, environmental and corporate performance oversight, including annual corporate planning and reporting, and State of the Environment reporting. The team work closely with other teams across the organisation, with senior leaders and the EPA Board, to oversight corporate and regulatory performance.
