  • Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $110,266 to $122,058 + super



The Role
We're looking for someone who can help make our business systems smarter, faster, and more user-friendly. In this role, you’ll work across Greater Sydney Parklands to drive process improvements, support system upgrades and changes, and make sure everything is running smoothly and securely. Whether it’s finding ways to improve workflows, troubleshooting system issues, or helping users make the most of our tech, you’ll play a hands-on role in keeping things efficient and effective.

You'll collaborate with vendors, users, and internal teams to keep our systems up to date and aligned with our goals. The job involves juggling competing priorities, spotting patterns in system performance, and staying sharp on new tech trends. If you’re someone who enjoys solving problems, streamlining processes, and supporting change – this role gives you the space to make a real impact.


What You Will Bring to the Role

  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and provide clear, supportive guidance to both technical and non-technical users.
  • Experience delivering projects or business system improvements, with a focus on results and a keen eye for opportunities to streamline processes.
  • Confidence using technology and systems, and the ability to learn and adapt as new tools and platforms are introduced.
  • A genuine interest in helping teams work smarter through better systems, and a desire to make a positive impact in a government setting.



What is an essential requirement:

  • Tertiary or professional qualifications in systems, project management and business management; demonstrated knowledge and experience in systems improvement, change management and the proactive management of concurrent projects.
  • Knowledge and experience in records management, finance systems and archives administration.
  • Highly developed computer skills including use of MS Office Suite, ERP(SAP and or Oracle) CRM, Web Support, E-mail, Database software.
