The role  

This role within the Capital Partners team at Bradfield Development Authority will undertake project support and administrative support activities to effectively deliver significant property transactions. 

This role wills supporting commercial deals, analysing trends, and working with government, industry and academic partners. As part of the role you will prepare detailed documentation including feasibility reports, undertake financial modelling, develop impactful presentations and provide support to the team across these transactions. 

You’ll need to juggle multiple priorities, keep things moving to tight deadlines, and work with a broad mix of stakeholders—both internal and external to achieve deliverables.

What you will bring to the role  

  • Tertiary qualifications in land economics, property, planning or architecture or related field would be highly regarded 
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role in property transactions  
  • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.  
  • Solid time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.  
  • Proven experience in preparing financial models, feasibility studies and presentations to present solutions, ideas and recommendations.  
  • Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with diverse stakeholders to achieve outcomes.  
  • High level administrative skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and competing demands.
