The role:
As an integral and senior leader in our HR business partnering team, you'll:

  • Lead and develop a team as their coach and mentor
  • Build trusted partnerships at all levels forging strong partnerships with senior executives
  • Craft and execute people strategies that drive our business goals
  • Deliver top-notch, high end HR solutions with efficiency and excellence

What you will bring to the role:

  • Deep experience in business partnering to champion best practices in HR and people management.
  • Spearhead change management initiatives.
  • With critical thinking and credibility, provide expert advice on complex HR matters issues
  • Truly collaborate with colleagues across People and Culture to leverage their expertise.
