The role

As an Executive Assistant, you'll provide confidential executive, secretarial, and administrative support to the Executive Director and the Director of Operations. Your role involves managing diaries, records, and correspondence, preparing reports and briefings, and acting as the first point of contact for the Executive Director. You'll also support various administrative projects and ensure efficient meeting coordination.

 

One of the key challenges you'll face is balancing multiple projects and activities under tight deadlines while maintaining confidentiality and discretion. You'll need to be super organised and handle sensitive matters tactfully and ensure minimal disruption to the Executive Directors' schedule. Your ability to prioritize and manage workloads effectively and follow up where required will be crucial in this dynamic environment. You will also need proficiency in the latest digital tools and software to effectively support the Directors.
