- Join Our High-Performing Team as a User Support Officer
- Salary ranges from $97,027 to $107,059 + super & leave loading.
- Temporary full-time opportunity up to 12 months, based at Sydney Olympic Park location – flexible work arrangements will be considered.
About the role
As a User Support Officer you will work with diverse stakeholders, providing timely and effective support across multiple systems, including Momentus and Envibe. This role is pivotal in driving innovation, supporting new ideas and ensuring seamless integration and utilisation of enterprise applications.
As a User Support Officer, you will be working in a high performing and supportive team responding to direct customer support requests, providing training, and facilitating system configuration activities. You will also assist in developing business-related resources like user guides and training materials, conduct research and analysis to prepare reports, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
This role is not an IT/Service Desk position but focuses on supporting the Office of Sport's internal systems and enhancing user experience.

About You
- Strong communicator, able to explain system-related issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Open to adapting to new ways of working when technologies and systems are upgraded.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience delivering training to a diverse and geographically dispersed audience.
- Committed to delivering high-quality outcomes aligned with business goals and timelines.
- Preferred experience with Momentus and Envibe systems.
- Microsoft excel experience preferred.
