- Salary relative to experience and ranges from $110,266 to $122,058 + super

The role
As the Project Officer, you will support the delivery of projects and lead the assessment and assurance of proposed Crown Lands activities to deliver pipeline of works and compulsory acquisition of Crown land for EnergyCo’s Roadmap Projects.
The role focuses on providing timely and accurate advice in the co-ordination of commercial property management projects and dealing with complex Crown land issues.

What you will bring to the role
- Thorough working knowledge and experience in the management and administration of land and property and good understanding of the business environment.
- Proven project management experience, with a strong understanding of project lifecycles and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with a keen eye for detail.
- Team player with the ability to thrive in a multi-skilled team environment.
