The role 

As a Senior Integration Developer, you'll play a crucial role in connecting systems and applications, ensuring seamless and efficient integrations that drive business success. You'll be hands-on in development while also providing governance and guidance to fellow developers. Your expertise will help shape solutions that not only meet technical and business requirements but also enhance operational efficiencies through smart processes and technology. 

 

Collaboration is at the heart of this role – working closely with stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams to deliver solutions aligned with strategy and governance. You'll tackle challenges like balancing competing demands, identifying interdependencies, and expanding technical knowledge to create more sophisticated solutions. Whether it's consulting on technical projects, managing platforms, or providing clear advice to non-technical audiences, you'll be a key player in keeping integration systems robust, reliable, and future-ready.

What you will bring to the role 

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members. 

  • Strong problem-solving abilities to navigate complex challenges and adapt to evolving situations. 

  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a willingness to contribute to group efforts and support colleagues in achieving objectives. 

  • Capable of driving outcomes while effectively involving stakeholders throughout the process, fostering collaboration and buy-in. 

  • Expertise in integration solution design, ensuring seamless connections between systems while maintaining efficiency and scalability. 

  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. 

  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying ahead of emerging technologies to enhance integration solutions. 

 

Key knowledge and experience  

  • Experience in integration analysis and design including in requirements gathering and documenting functional requirements, understanding business requirements/process.  

  • Demonstrated proficiency in technologies and frameworks relevant for the specific role: 

  • Software Development Lifecycle    

  • Common Integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Azure IPaaS, BizTalk  

  • Integration Solution design  

  • Azure DevOps  

  • API Lifecycle Management  

  • Cloud-based systems
