The role
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of developing and implementing strategic advice and processes for managing records in line with the State Records Act 1998. You'll ensure the Bradfield Development Authority (BDA)’s electronic documents and records management system supports long-term business objectives, providing expert advice and training to facilitate efficient and secure information management.
You'll manage efficient access, secure storage, and regulatory compliance, while minimizing data duplication and ensuring a single source of truth. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining and developing the BDA’s records strategy, leading records projects, and facilitating compliance assessments.
