The role

In this role, you will support the delivery of procurement and contract management across the business. You will help ensure Value NSW’s procurement processes are efficient, transparent, and compliant with NSW Government standards.

You will provide administrative support, centralised purchase order and invoicing support, technical advice, and reporting across procurement activities. From managing records and contractor relationships to processing purchase orders and resolving issues, this is a role for someone who thrives on detail and enjoys being part of a team that keeps things running smoothly and effectively.

What you will bring to the role

  • Experience supporting procurement and contract processes in a high-volume environment
  • Strong administrative and reporting skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A collaborative, problem-solving approach with the ability to manage competing priorities

The Valuer General is an independent statutory officer, appointed by the Governor of New South Wales to oversee the State's land valuation system.
