The role
As the Project Manager you will lead and manage projects that shape the future use of government-owned land. You'll oversee development and transaction strategies that unlock value, optimise utilisation, and deliver community benefit.
You will work across a variety of complex portfolios, providing expert property advice, conducting feasibility and risk assessments, and engaging closely with government stakeholders, industry consultants, and planning authorities to achieve successful project outcomes. Your insight and guidance will influence key decisions and support the delivery of government priorities across NSW.

What you will bring to the role
- Strong project management skills with a strategic lens on government property outcomes
- Ability to provide high-level advice on transactions, acquisitions and development opportunities
- Proven experience navigating planning, heritage, environmental, or stakeholder complexities
What is an essential requirement?
- Tertiary qualifications in a property-related discipline such as planning, valuation/economics, property law, project management, property development or engineering.
