The role
Are you organised, people-focused, and ready to take on a brand-new role in a dynamic team? As our Property Administrator, you’ll support the management of leases and licences across a diverse portfolio of parklands. You’ll be the go-to person for coordinating documentation, maintaining registers, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes—all while delivering great service to tenants and internal teams.

Experience in property is preferred but not essential. We’re looking for someone with a strong background in administration and an interest in learning about property within Greater Sydney Parklands. This isn’t your typical property role - you’ll be supporting a diverse and unique portfolio of properties and tenants.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on building relationships, and is keen to learn. You’ll help shape systems and processes, juggle competing priorities, and work closely with stakeholders across government and community. If you’re looking for a role where no two days are the same, this could be the perfect fit.
