About the Opportunity
EnergyCo’s Project Delivery team is at the core of the CWO REZ rollout, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, strong governance, and contract oversight. The team also manages key interfaces with councils and mines, supporting Third-Party Agreements and keeping the project moving with precision and accountability.

The Manager Project Coordination role will support the project leadership team, reporting directly to the Project Director, with a focus on coordinating the teams operations during the delivery phase of the project. The role will be leading the project management function, providing high quality strategic advice, ensuring compliance and governance requirements are met, and engaging broadly with key stakeholders to drive project outcomes.

About You
You are an experienced project coordination professional, ideally with a strong background in government, infrastructure and the delivery of complex, large-scale projects. You bring a resilient and adaptable personality with a proven capability in navigating technical, commercial and project management functions in projects, ensuring that risks are appropriately reported, tracked and mitigated.

A natural collaborator and problem-solver, you thrive in dynamic environments where stakeholder engagement and coordination are critical to success. You are confident managing direct reports, overseeing contractors and consultants to manage workloads, and working closely with other managers to drive consistent, best-practice delivery. With an eagerness to learn and grow, you are committed to delivering outcomes that meet organisational priorities while navigating the complexities of legislative, regulatory and commercial frameworks.
