About the Opportunity
EnergyCo’s Project Interface and Strategic Coordination Branch is currently seeking to appoint a Manager Program Delivery to drive complex project and policy outcomes that are critical for delivering the NSW Government Electricity Infrastructure Roadmap and supporting EnergyCo’s role as Infrastructure Planner of the Renewable Energy Zones.
This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering large-scale energy infrastructure projects that are central to the State’s renewable energy transition. The Manager Program Delivery will work across both government and industry to drive alignment, foster collaboration and provide high-quality strategic advice on complex infrastructure initiatives spanning transport, ports, workforce, water, waste and logistics. About You
You bring proven experience working across government and infrastructure sectors, ideally on major energy, transmission or transport projects. Strategic and solutions-focused, you thrive in complex environments and can cut through competing priorities to deliver outcomes. Your strong coordination skills and ability to communicate with influence make you a trusted advisor to senior executive, delivery partners and government agencies alike.
Resilient and adaptable, you know how to balance diverse stakeholder interests and negotiate alignment on critical issues. You excel at preparing clear and compelling briefs, project plans, government submissions and you're a confident leader who can guide teams and make sound decisions under pressure. Above all, you’re motivated by the opportunity to shape the State’s renewable energy future through the successful delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects.
