The role
This role is about developing and maintaining professional and collaborative relationships and bringing people together to problem solve and drive positive outcomes, supporting successful engagement approaches, managing risk and providing strategic advice on complex or sensitive issues.
You will support productive relationships with industry, councils, advocacy groups and other stakeholders. The role provides advice and insights on complex issues and policy and programs. The role will provide coordination and program management support across projects and teams and provide support to team members on key project work.
Our Project Officer Engagement and Concierge will confidently and competently analyse stakeholder positions on emerging policy issues, capture and report on insights gained to anticipate emerging challenges for policy implementation, contribute to the preparation of engagement strategies, issue management documents and advice and undertake associated stakeholder engagement activities and organise and help run stakeholder meetings, webinars, forums and working groups including creating agendas, presentations and stakeholder material and key messaging.
