The role

As a Fleet Administration Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Department’s fleet operations. You’ll manage a broad range of administrative tasks including motor vehicle replacement, decommissioning, insurance claims, registration renewals, booking system management and lease quoting. Your work will ensure the smooth delivery of fleet services and compliance with policy and procedures.

You’ll liaise with internal teams and external providers such as dealerships, insurers, and auction houses to coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, and disposals. Your ability to manage data, maintain records, and prepare performance reports will contribute to improved efficiency and service delivery across the department.

What you will bring to the role

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across diverse groups
  • Experience with asset management databases and administrative systems
  • Excellent time management and ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic filing systems
