The role
Are you ready to manage a diverse property portfolio across five iconic parklands in Greater Sydney? As Manager Property Portfolio, you’ll be a link between tenants and internal stakeholders—delivering smart, compliant property solutions that balance commercial outcomes with community needs. No two days are the same, as you meet tenants, resolve issues, whilst ensuring compliance across all aspects of the portfolio.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced team environment, has a keen eye for detail, and can confidently juggle competing priorities. You’ll manage leases and licences, handle assignments and landowner consents, collaborate with in-house legal on complex matters, and prepare high quality briefing notes. Most importantly, you’ll build and maintain strong tenant relationships through clear communication and a proactive mindset. If you enjoy variety, autonomy, and making a real impact—this is the role for you.
