Value NSW (VNSW) is a delivery focused organisation dedicated to providing excellence in economic, property and valuation services and advice to Government and the Valuer General. We are currently seeking an experienced property data and analytics professional to join our leadership team as the Director Property Data and Analytics.

The Director Property Data and Analytics is all about leading the charge in delivering high-quality property data and analytics that support land valuation across NSW. You’ll be steering a team that manages the Register of Land Values and supporting property workflows, ensures privacy and data compliance, and drives continuous improvement in how valuation data is used and shared internally and, where appropriate, externally. It’s a mix of strategic oversight and hands-on leadership, with a strong focus on using data to inform decisions and improve services for millions of landholders.

You’ll have to balance the ongoing tensions between technical precision to legislative requirements and responsible customer-centric service, with a dispersed workforce and shifting workloads. You’ll be navigating complex stakeholder relationships, managing risks, and pushing for innovation in a space that’s traditionally been very administratively heavy and manual process-driven.
