- Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $149,740 to $173,173 + super and leave loading
The role:
The Senior Manager in this role will be leading and be in charge of business planning, quality assurance, and contract management across Commercial Development & Management. You’ll be steering the delivery of services provided by the outsourced service provider and high-impact business projects making sure everything from lease administration, property budgets to financial reporting is accurate, compliant, and aligned with business goals. It’s a hands-on role that blends strategy with execution, especially when it comes to outsourced property and facilities management.
You’ll also shape best-practice frameworks, build strong supplier relationships, and ensure the team is trained and ready to deliver. The challenge lies in balancing strategic planning, contractor performance, and risk management—while consistently exceeding stakeholder expectations and driving results.

What you will bring to the role
- Lead business planning and quality assurance for Commercial Development & Management, ensuring seamless operations across lease administration, financial reporting, and compliance.
- contract and procurement processes for outsourced property and facilities management services, driving supplier performance and exceeding stakeholder expectations.
- Develop and implement best-practice frameworks, ensuring team alignment, risk mitigation, and consistent delivery across internal and external partners.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to clearly convey ideas, influence outcomes, and foster collaboration across teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to navigate complex challenges, think strategically, and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Proven leadership qualities, with a track record of motivating and inspiring teams to achieve shared goals and deliver high-impact results.
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills, building trust, ensuring alignment, and driving successful outcomes with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience managing complex projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives that align with evolving business priorities.
- Commercial property experience with a strong understanding of profit and loss accounts, budget management, and financial performance.
- Proven ability to manage outsourced service providers, ensuring alignment with business needs, service quality, and continuous improvement.
- Solid grasp of asset portfolio performance and business operations, with the ability to translate insights into strategic decisions.
Essential Requirement:
Tertiary qualifications in a property or related discipline and/or demonstrable equivalent knowledge, skills and experience.
