The Senior Business Partner plays a key role in strengthening the relationship between the IT function and business units, ensuring that technology services and initiatives align with business goals. This position contributes to maximizing the value of IT assets, investments, and capabilities by assisting with planning, coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

 

You will be a key business relationship manager, working closely with internal stakeholders to understand their technology needs and priorities, ensuring alignment with current and future business objectives. You will provide guidance on the most effective channels and approaches to address IT challenges, helping the business navigate digital transformation.

 

About You

We are looking for somebody with extensive experience in IT business partnering or a similar strategic IT management role. You will have a strong understanding of digital transformation, IT investments, and emerging technology trends.

 

Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously will be key, along with experience in preparing business cases and navigating complex decision-making processes. This role also requires you to have excellent communication, influencing and problem-solving capabilities.

Essential Requirements

  • Degree qualification in a relevant Technology discipline and/or equivalent relevant experience.
