About the role
As an Assistant Information Systems Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting and enhancing the organisation’s digital infrastructure. You’ll be responsible for providing support to a range of customers and users. You will work closely with the Senior Information Systems Officer and other teams to ensure system reliability and user satisfaction. This role offers a dynamic mix of operational support and project-based work, making it ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, streamlining processes, and contributing to the continuous improvement of digital services that support community outcomes.
Knowledge and Experience
- Experience in software analysis and problem solving with a proven ability to identify issues and manage competing priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting users that have limited exposure to software product usage.
- High level understanding and skills in workflow and database software and data.
Essential requirements
- Appropriate tertiary qualification and/or demonstrated relevant, equivalent professional experience.
