About the role
Our workforce is expanding and we have an exciting opportunity for a Hunter Team Leader to join our leadership team. These programs involve engagement with landholders and stakeholders to protect and enhance some of the region’s most important biodiversity. You’ll guide a committed team in partnership with the Sydney–Hunter Regional Manager and Sydney Team Leader, overseeing on-ground conservation projects and see the direct results of your work in healthier habitats. You will also provide guidance on tricky matters, helping team members navigate challenges and apply consistent approaches. The role will also contribute to biodiversity offsets, including Biodiversity Stewardship Agreements and Condition of Consent Conservation Agreements, providing variety and scope to influence conservation outcomes across the region.
