This is a great opportunity to join a highly committed team supporting Tourism and Hospitality at Australia’s oldest cave system and the conservation and protection of the environment while expanding your skills as Creditors and Debtors Officer with Jenolan Caves Reserve Trust
About the role
As the Creditors and Debtors Officer, you will be responsible for the timely preparation of accounts payable and accounts receivable. The position holder is required to assist the finance department with any reconciliation, audits and checks as requested and is responsible for reporting any inaccuracies to the Business Manager.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience in timely preparation of accounts and payment of invoices
- Ability to resolve internal & external customer queries
- Confidence in financial management and spreadsheets.

The Jenolan Caves Reserve Trust is responsible for the care, control & management of the Jenolan Visitor Use and Services Zone. The Visitor Use and Services Zone includes, but is not restricted to, Caves House, retail areas, kitchen areas, front office, staff and guest accommodation, walking tracks, maintenance areas and the Caves System.
