About the role
The Office of Sport is seeking a dynamic Program Manager Customer Systems to lead the procurement and delivery of a CRM and booking system supporting NSW’s Sport and Recreation Centres, Olympic Sport Venues, and other key programs. This strategic role oversees the full lifecycle of system implementation—from understanding requirements, design and procurement through to go-live and optimisation—ensuring alignment with organisational goals and a seamless customer experience.

You’ll bring expertise in managing cross-functional digital programs, stakeholder engagement, and user-centred design. With a strong grasp of CRM platforms, project delivery frameworks and government procurement processes, you’ll drive innovation, accessibility, and long-term sustainability across customer systems. About you

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.

Essential Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT, Business or Project Management and extensive industry experience.

 

To be eligible to apply for this position, you must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident or hold a valid Australian working Visa for the duration of the appointment. Any offer of employment will be subject to a satisfactory National Police Check. You will also need to arrange a Working with Children Check, at your own expense.
