The role:
You will support the delivery of development initiatives across a portfolio of projects, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic precinct planning objectives. You will provide end-to-end project support, including research, due diligence, and strategy development, while coordinating with technical experts across environmental, heritage, planning, legal, and infrastructure disciplines. You will manage reporting, budgets, and compliance, ensuring projects meet performance milestones and reflect community, environmental, and design considerations.
Bringing your ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines, you will demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying potential project risks and contributing to effective solutions. You will navigate complex stakeholder interests and landscape challenges, offering informed recommendations that balance financial return, quality, and opportunity. Your contribution will be key to driving successful project outcomes and supporting the broader vision of the Agency.

What you will bring to the role:
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in project coordination or administration
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2) is desirable
- Experience with systems such as MyWorkZone, OneProcure, and CS Connect is desirable
