We are seeking a Principal Digital, AI and Integration to provide expert leadership in delivering high-quality digital applications and driving adoption of AI, automation, and integration across the department.
What you’ll do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital and platform initiatives, ensuring seamless, user-centred solutions.
- Champion low-code/no-code technologies, AI, automation, and integration to improve agility and enhance customer and community experience.
- Provide authoritative advice on emerging technologies, ensuring solutions are scalable, ethical, secure and sustainable.
- Manage MLOps processes for effective AI deployment, monitoring and lifecycle management.
- Build and lead collaborative delivery teams, fostering innovation and capability development.
- Balance organisational priorities while addressing challenges such as ethics, bias, privacy, and data protection.
About You
To be successful in this role you will need tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, or equivalent experience. You will have extensive experience with low-code/no-code technologies, AI, integration and digital service delivery. You will have strong knowledge of project delivery and service management in complex IT environments, as well as proficiency in relevant programming languages for Azure, Salesforce, and Pega development.
This role also requires proven leadership in managing teams, budgets and stakeholder engagement.
You will be part of a collaborative, future-focused department that values innovation, integrity and outcomes that benefit the people and environment of NSW.
