We’re looking for a Platform Design Specialist to deliver modern integration, automation and AI solutions across our enterprise stack. You’ll connect Microsoft Power Platform, Salesforce and other low-code/AI platforms to streamline workflows and lift organisational efficiency. As a key technical expert, you’ll:
- Design and deliver integrations and automations (including RPA where it adds value) across core enterprise platforms.
- Translate complex business needs into scalable patterns, reusable components and secure APIs.
- Partner with developers, architects, data engineers, and business units to translate complex needs into scalable, future-ready solutions.
- Build and operate CI/CD capabilities, modern architectures (microservices, containers, serverless), and robust system integrations.
- Ensure governance, compliance, and transparency in automated processes that influence service delivery and decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement while staying ahead of emerging technologies in automation and AI.
About You
We’re seeking someone who brings both technical mastery and strategic vision. To be successful in this role you will have extensive experience delivering integration and automation solutions, including RPA. You will also have strong knowledge of API management, data flows, and interoperability across enterprise platforms. This will include hands-on experience with tools such as UiPath, MuleSoft, or Power Automate, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
This role also requires a collaborative mindset, the ability to influence and negotiate with diverse stakeholders and a passion for building organisational capability in automation and digital literacy.
Essential Requirements:
- Certification in leading Platforms, RPA & Integration tools or a relevant tertiary qualification.
