  • Salary $149,739 - $173,174 + superannuation, depending on knowledge and experience

 

As the Manager IT Change and Communications, you will lead the design and delivery of enterprise-wide change strategies that support successful project outcomes and maximise user adoption. You’ll apply the Prosci ADKAR framework to manage change readiness, stakeholder engagement, and communication initiatives that drive measurable benefits and minimise resistance.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading change management strategies for IT transformation projects.
  • Building a scalable, comprehensive change management practice
  • Embedding change and communication frameworks across the organisation.
  • Collaborating with senior leaders and project teams to ensure alignment and adoption.
  • Managing stakeholder expectations and fostering buy-in across diverse groups.
  • Designing and delivering communication plans that support change initiatives.

 

About You

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring Prosci Change Management certification and hands-on experience applying the ADKAR framework in IT environments. You’ll have a proven track record of leading strategic change initiatives, influencing senior stakeholders, and managing complex IT projects. In addition, you will possess hands-on experience in establishing change management practices from inception or have extensive expertise leading multiple large-scale transformation programmes as a change lead. Your strong communication and relationship-building skills, combined with a collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement, will enable you to drive meaningful transformation across the organisation.
