The role
The Solution Delivery Manager role is all about making sure ICT projects and releases run smoothly—on time, on budget, and to the right quality standards. You’ll be coordinating complex work packages, guiding teams, and keeping stakeholders in the loop so that everything aligns with organisational goals.
It’s a balancing act: managing competing priorities, building trust with stakeholders, and spotting interdependencies early. You’ll lead planning, oversee delivery, maintain budgets, and provide clear advice on issues, all while fostering a strong team culture and ensuring reliable outcomes.

What you will bring to the role
- Proven track record in delivering ICT projects and driving successful outcomes.
- Ability to juggle priorities and keep complex projects on track without losing sight of the big picture.
- Strong relationship builder who can earn trust and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience in planning, delivery oversight, and managing budgets effectively.
- Clear communicator and problem solver who thrives on turning challenges into solutions.
Key knowledge and experience
- Knowledge and previous experience managing ICT work programs and projects in a large and complex organisation.
- Experienced user of Azure DevOps, Trello, Jira software.
