  • Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $149,739 to $173,174 + super

We are seeking a Principal Business Analyst who will take the lead in reviewing and improving cyber security service delivery processes. You’ll work closely with teams and stakeholders to understand their needs, document business requirements, and help plan and deliver changes that make a real difference. This role is all about juggling competing priorities, finding innovative solutions, and keeping up with new technologies and ways of working.

What you will bring to the role

  • Comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders with competing priorities.
  • Critical thinker with the ability to offer creative and innovative approach to problem solving.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to pivot, prioritise and adapt under pressure.
  • Honest and professional, setting a high standard for yourself and others.
  • strong negotiator with proven track record of delivering outcomes.
  • Responsible and honest with strong ethics and understanding of departmental policies.
  • Confident using technology and project management tools.

Key knowledge and experience

  • Demonstrated experience in process and workflow analysis and design in a complex organisation
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting business teams across multiple streams in the translation of their business processes and rules into digital services,

Essential requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in a related field or demonstrated relevant professional experience.
