The role:

This role plays a key part in leading the property management of Sydney Olympic Park’s diverse property portfolio, covering retail, commercial, residential, and public assets. It focuses on driving strong asset performance through effective leasing, lease management, tenant engagement, and financial management. By shaping and executing asset strategies, budgets, and operational plans, the role ensures the precinct remains vibrant, financially sustainable, and aligned with Sydney Olympic Park’s long-term vision.

You’ll work closely with tenants, service providers, and stakeholders to maintain exceptional property standards, resolve complex leasing issues, and identify opportunities for growth and renewal. The role also demands agility in navigating market trends, balancing diverse stakeholder interests, and delivering value for money through proactive lease management, compliance oversight, and continuous improvement in service delivery.

What you will bring to the role

  • Demonstrated experience in commercial property management, and the negotiation of complex leasing agreements.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members. 
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to navigate complex challenges and adapt to evolving situations. 
  • Proven leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve shared goals. 
  • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. 
  • Solid time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
