The role

You will provide project management and coordination support across a range of advisory development and transaction projects relating to government property assets within Sydney Olympic Park. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will contribute to achieving strategic objectives while ensuring projects align with broader planning, environmental and community outcomes.

You will support project delivery through research, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and monitoring of milestones, budgets and documentation, while managing competing priorities and contributing to continuous improvement in project outcomes.

What you will bring to the role

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear documentation and engage effectively with stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience supporting property, development or infrastructure projects, including exposure to government or complex stakeholder environments
  • Sound problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
