The role
This role gives you the chance to build real workplace skills while supporting a team with everyday admin tasks like data entry, filing, preparing documents, organising meetings, and helping customers with their enquiries. You’ll be working closely with your supervisor and teammates, communicating clearly, keeping information confidential, and getting involved in training that helps you grow your confidence and capability.
You’ll also learn how to juggle different responsibilities as you balance school, formal training, and workplace expectations. Along the way, you’ll adapt to a professional environment, pick up new communication styles, and contribute to a safe, positive, and inclusive workplace.

What you will bring to the role
- Experience providing general administrative support such as data entry, filing, preparing documents, and managing records with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to respond professionally to enquiries across different channels and work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage competing priorities while developing practical workplace skills, adapting to new environments, and following organisational policies, confidentiality requirements, and safety procedures.
- Experience in working with systems improvements and Aboriginal outcomes for community
What is an essential requirement:
- Certificate III or Certificate IV Business related qualification or working towards.
