Jenolan Caves Reserve Trust is seeking a Hotel & Hospitality Manager, who can manage the hotel and accommodation operation and any associated visitor facilities of Jenolan Karst Conservation Reserve.
- Temporary, Full-time role available till 2 years
- Located at Jenolan Caves, 3 hours from Sydney and 25 minutes from Oberon
- Package includes base salary (Cerk 9/10) starting from $129,464.00 to $142,665, plus employer's contribution to superannuation

About the role
As the Hospitality Manager, you will manage the hotel and accommodation operation and any associated visitor facilities of Jenolan Karst Conservation Reserve in an environmentally, socially and commercially sustainable manner ensuring the application of best practice Hotel Management approaches and standards.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Tertiary Qualifications and/or significant experience in management of a Tourism based enterprise associated with Protected Area Management.
- Knowledge and experience in FoodSafe legislation and regulations.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with maintenance, marketing and yield management associated with a Tourism based Operation.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol certification.
