Crown Lands is seeking a motivated Senior Business Services Officer Telecommunications to provide technical, property management and high-level administrative expertise in undertaking activities in relation to the occupation of Crown land for communication purposes, tenure administration and provision of status information to achieve government priorities in the management of Crown land.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage a broad range of activities related to Crown land tenures, land management processes, and status searches, ensuring targets and objectives are consistently met.
- Provide well‑reasoned advice, reports, and recommendations to management and external clients to support the resolution of complex tenure and occupation issues.
- Analyse and interrogate multiple land information systems, products, and services to deliver timely and accurate land status information.
- Oversee and review the work of team members to ensure quality assurance and continuous improvement.
- Support the integrity and accuracy of land information data, preparing reports and briefings for senior management.
- Coordinate a variety of administrative and office management tasks, including preparing documentation for briefs, records, and land database management.
