In doing so, the role actively contributes to building a mature people partnering model - where People & Culture is seen as a valued strategic partner.

Success in this role relies on a strong understanding of evolving HR legislation and best practice, clear and transparent communication, and the ability to influence leaders in ways that build credibility, trust and sustained performance. You will role‑model professional and values‑led behaviour, strengthen leadership and team capability, and partner with clients to apply HR policy thoughtfully -balancing risk management with pragmatic, high‑quality people outcomes.
