We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Administrator to provide high‑quality technical expertise across our Unified Communications and Microsoft 365 environments. In this role, you will support the day‑to‑day operation and continuous improvement of critical systems, working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure platforms are secure, resilient and fit for purpose. You will translate business requirements into well‑designed technical solutions and provide clear, practical advice that supports effective decision‑making across the organisation.
This role is well suited to a technical subject matter expert who values collaboration, accountability and continuous learning. You will take responsibility for monitoring system performance, managing risks and supporting change activities, while also contributing to the capability uplift of others through coaching, documentation and guidance. A strong focus on Microsoft 365, including emerging capabilities such as Copilot, will see you play an important role in enabling modern, productive and well‑governed digital workplaces.

What you will bring to the role:
- Demonstrated experience administering Microsoft 365 tenants, including Teams, Exchange and SharePoint
- Strong PowerShell capability to support automation, administration and system optimisation
- Proven experience supporting and administering Microsoft 365 Copilot, including governance and adoption considerations
- Capability to analyse system performance, identify risks and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner
- Experience working effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver reliable, compliant solutions
- A proactive, organised approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities and contribute to continuous improvement
