  • Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $129,464 to $142,665 + super

As a Client Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the client experience across DPHI. You’ll lead account management and engagement activities, partner with senior stakeholders, and drive service improvements that make a measurable impact. This role is central to fostering strong service relationships, resolving service issues, and embedding a culture that puts clients at the centre of everything we do.

What you will bring to the role:

You are someone who thrives in a client‑focused environment and brings a thoughtful, solutions‑oriented approach to complex service challenges. You will likely bring:

  • Demonstrated experience managing client or stakeholder relationships in a large or complex organisation
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interpret and clearly explain complex issues
  • Strong judgement, analytical capability and a practical approach to problem-solving
  • A collaborative style and the confidence to influence, negotiate and manage expectations effectively
  • A commitment to integrity, accountability and public sector values
